The location was very central and Carmine a fantastic host. Bed was comfortable. He replied promptly to all messages and was always there when needed.

large, well-lit roomnew windows, very noise-efficientinstant hot water in the bathroomupon inspection at arrival, the bottom shelf of the wardrobe turned out to be broken in half. At very short notice the wardrobe was replaced by another one (probably from another room, not (yet) occupied; but that is the problem of the other customer!

"Disappointing"
Friendly welcome by Carmile, we got a room on the frontside on the first floor instead of the third floor, later we found out this wasn't Dimora di Re Ferdinando but Guesthouse Ferdinando. Quality very low. Beds ok, but very dirty floors, dirty bathroom, hair everywhere, big urin and blood stains on the bedsheets et cetera. When we tried to contact Carmile about this (both Whatsapp and phone calls), he never replied. Until now (2.5 weeks later) we still did not get a reply. Make sure you really get a room on the third floor and not the first, the quality is very different. Also there is no refrigerator as promised.

I loved the location, super close to Spanish quarter and spaccanapoli! The bed was very comfy and the air-conditioning was a saviour!

Perfectly located in historic center, friendly staff, clean, air-conditioned, in center but quiet, we can leaving luggage after check-out. Pizzas, supermarket around the corner. Recommend.
