The location was very central, the room was big, and the staff were nice( they do not speak English well, but we were able to communicate)

Great location and value for money. Clean spacious bedroom and good bathroom facilities. Good wifi and mini fridge was useful. Good air con too

Great place to have a rest but no more than that. One of the facilities wasnt working (fridge) and the doors separating us from the hall were in a pretty bad condition leaving us with no sense of security from the outside world. Overall though , the stay was pleasant but not luxurious. 7/10 experience

The location was fine but we didnt have any toiletries, the shower was broken and water leaked all over the floor. Would not stay there again. Poor service and inadequate facilities.

Cheap, basic but exactly all I needed for a one night stay over. Plenty of fresh towels, sachets of shower gel etc. Good location.

I liked the location, the host Carmine, the room was good for 5 nights. The bathroom needs a place to put your clean clothes. The shower needs a shelf.

The room I stayed in was somewhat clean, modern, and presentable. However, When I arrived at the Hotel, I was greeted by a man that tried to scam us. He asked us to cancel our reservation on the app booking just to avoid taxes and get our payment in cash. This made me feel extremely unsafe. He woke me up every morning morning by yelling in an annoying voice far earlier then I wouldve wanted to wake up. This is an honest review, and I would never stay there again. Because of this expensive it made Naples an uncomfortable place and now I dont want to visit Naples again.

Big room, good air conditioning with a vending machine outside. The host allowed me to check in really early, wich I deeply appreciate 'cause I had a long flight. The location is good, still close to Napoli Centrale but in a much better area compared to the streets around the station. Also close to the metro station. The host doesn't speak English but was not a problem. It's a good option if all you want is a private room to rest.

The location was very central and Carmine a fantastic host. Bed was comfortable. He replied promptly to all messages and was always there when needed.

large, well-lit room new windows, very noise-efficient instant hot water in the bathroom upon inspection at arrival, the bottom shelf of the wardrobe turned out to be broken in half. At very short notice the wardrobe was replaced by another one (probably from another room, not (yet) occupied; but that is the problem of the other customer!
